Have you decided to drink less, and then drunk more than you planned? Do you drink to get through stress, boredom, or feelings you would rather not have? Have you had trouble remembering part of a night you were drinking? Has someone close to you said they were worried about your drinking? Have you missed work, missed something you cared about, or let someone down because of drinking or a hangover? Do you drink alone, or keep quiet about how much you drink?
